Return & Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@mysweatybitch.com or call us at (949) 351-1044.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, and include the packing slip or order confirmation.
4. Ship the return using the prepaid label or your preferred shipping method (if outside of our prepaid return policy).

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.
• We will provide instructions for returning the item, and once we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement item free of charge (limited to one exchange per order).
• If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees.

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

• Final sale items
• Underwear or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

For international orders, we do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the return is received and approved, we will process the refund minus any original shipping fees.
